In an innovative partnership, Mind Gym and Course Kitchen collaborated to adapt and customize one of Mind Gym’s groundbreaking “E-Workouts” for implementation on Microsoft’s internal learning platform. This module, part of Microsoft’s “Manager Reimagined” initiative, empowers employees to foster inclusivity, embrace diversity, and build stronger, more inclusive teams.

Key Features of the Inclusion Modules:

  • Engaging and Interactive Design: The module incorporates dynamic elements that encourage active participation, helping learners apply strategies for inclusivity in real-world scenarios.
  • Global Accessibility: Delivered in multiple languages, the module ensures Microsoft employees worldwide can engage with the content in their native language.
  • Inclusive User Experience: Designed with accessibility in mind, the module features closed captioning, alternative text descriptions, and keyboard navigation compatibility, making it usable for all employees.
  • Practical Strategies: Learners gain actionable insights and tools to identify and challenge biases, build diverse teams, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

The collaboration brought together Mind Gym’s behavioral science expertise and Course Kitchen’s e-learning design capabilities to deliver a transformative learning experience.
