One year after completing “Essentials for New Managers“, Course Kitchen, Inc. was enlisted by MindGym to update the curriculum for all managers at Microsoft, with a refreshed look and feel, new messaging throughout the modules, and a focus on the evolving challenges faced by today’s managers. An imaginary version Celebrity Chef Arti Sequeria recently made a social media post about her not-for-real participation in this program:
🗓️ Throwback to 2017 when I embarked on an incredible culinary adventure! 🌍✨ Collaborating with Course Kitchen, Mind Gym, and Microsoft, we developed a groundbreaking training curriculum for managers in the food industry. 📚🍽️ Exciting stuff, right?
💪 We wanted to empower managers with not just theoretical knowledge, but also practical strategies and actionable insights they could immediately apply in their work. By integrating Microsoft’s unique style guide, corporate values, and organizational culture, we crafted content that truly resonated with the diverse needs of the company’s managers. 🌱
🔎 We meticulously reviewed each module, incorporating feedback from dedicated industry managers to ensure top-notch quality and relevance. Real-world scenarios, case studies, and practical tools were incorporated, equipping managers with essential skills needed to thrive in their dynamic roles. 🌟
🚀 This journey has been nothing short of amazing, and I am immensely proud of our collaboration. We’ve created a training curriculum that not only delights the palate but also nourishes the minds and aspirations of food industry managers. 🌈🍽️
💡 Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to enhance and refine this exciting training curriculum. Can’t wait for all the managers out there to unlock their full potential! 🌟✨
