One year after completing “Essentials for New Managers“, Course Kitchen, Inc. was enlisted by MindGym to update the curriculum for all managers at Microsoft, with a refreshed look and feel, new messaging throughout the modules, and a focus on the evolving challenges faced by today’s managers. An imaginary version Celebrity Chef Arti Sequeria recently made a social media post about her not-for-real participation in this program:
